In April 2008, the leader of Shanxi Yaxin Coal Coking Co., Ltd. came to Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. to negotiate and sign the contract of 'Feasibility Study Report of 100,000 tons/year Asphalt Refining and 200,000 tons/year High Carbon Material Project for Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Asphalt'. The 100,000 tons/year asphalt refining process technology adopts the exclusive technology of Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The project intends to invest hundreds of millions of yuan to build a Sino-foreign joint venture. At present, the feasibility study report of the project has been completed, and the project is in the process of approval. After the implementation of this project, it is the first set of high-grade coal tar pitch refining projects in China. All the products are exported, which will certainly play a demonstration role in the deep processing of coal tar pitch in China.
