Due to various factors, the project will be put into trial production in 2012.

2. On July 2, 2012, Hualu Hengsheng announced that the ethylene glycol project was successfully put into operation and produced qualified ethylene glycol products. Since then, the technology of syngas produced by Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has been verified by large industry.

3. So far, Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has prepared more than 20 feasibility studies on coal-based ethylene glycol from Shandong, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Guizhou and other enterprises. Signed a technology transfer contract with several companies.

4. Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has made great progress on this basis. At present, it has completed the finalization of the second generation industrial catalyst of ethylene glycol project and has invested in large industrial production. The third generation of catalysts has also been successfully developed. Due to its higher liquid hourly space velocity and higher yield, the company is developing a large-scale reactor that will match it, which will further reduce the investment of the plant and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
