On September 20, 2012, Hebei Xingtai Zhongneng Energy Development Co., Ltd. was approved by the Development and Reform Commission for the “First Phase Project of Coal Resource Comprehensive Utilization Circular Economy Demonstration”. The complete process package for the coal-to-glycol sub-project and the coal tar hydrogenation-to-steam and diesel sub-project is provided by Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and will be carried out in the near future.
