Higher mixed alcohols(higher alcohols) can be obtained from syngas under catalysis. Higher alcohols are not only excellent fuel additives, which increase the octane number and oxygen content of fuel, are but also important raw materials, which are produced methanol, ethanol, propanol and butanol, etc. after separation. It is difficult to select appropriate catalyst in order to achieve high selectivity of higher alcohols, and separate mixed alcohols.   The researchers of our company combined many active metals, decorated the surface of catalyst and developed a high performance catalyst, which has high selectivity of C2+ alcohols, more than 50%. In the meantime, a new separation technology was also developed, which can reduce the cost on separation of mixed alcohols.
